General Inquiries & Regional Support
We are all volunteers who manage coordination duties alongside full-time jobs and personal commitments. Please restrict non-urgent phone calls to standard working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Urgent Matters & Surrenders
If you have an emergency requiring immediate attention outside of standard hours, or if you need to discuss a surrender, please feel free to call. Eileen Tonks can be contacted at any time to discuss these urgent matters. If there is no immediate answer, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name and number.
